As a group of concern persons considered the increase in crime, abuse and neglect within families plaguing the society, Celestial Foundation was formed. With the not so obvious fact that society has degraded mainly because of the breakdown of the family institution, Celestial Foundation was birthed with the hope of bringing families together and promoting the good in our local family lives that will evidently cause these ills to be reduced.
